Includes a full medical history covering all aspects of lifestyle, nutrition, and assessment of digestive function. Pulse and tongue diagnosis are used to assess toxin levels and establish which doshas/imbalances are prevailing in your constitution. A custom-made treatment plan is then formulated to suit your needs. This will include personalised recommendations for massage therapies, herbal supplements, nutrition advice and ongoing support as we begin to remove obstacles to health and restore balance. 
 

30 Minute Follow Up Consultation
This takes place after you have been following the plan for a few weeks. It allows us to assess if the plan is working optimally for the client and whether any changes need to be made.
